The Catholic parish in Zheludka was formed at the end of the 15th century.
The temple was built in the traditions of late classicism. In the church there is a family crypt of Tizengauz, in which the famous Grodno philanthropist, politician of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania - Anthony Tizengauz is buried.
