A unique exhibition opened in the New Castle

In a literal sense, from today, Grodno residents and guests of the regional center can touch the sacred heritage of our region at the exhibition “Sacral Spadchyna Ponyamonnya”.

In the Senatorial Hall of the Grodno Castle you can see the royal gates, which complemented the iconostasis of one of the Grodno Orthodox churches in the late XIX - early XX century.

Nearby are the vestments of the bishop and the altar Gospel, which were used during the divine services in the Grodno Holy Pokrovsky Cathedral.

The layout of the Kolozhskaya Church, where all the walls of the Acceptance Pearls are still of stone, took its place in the exhibition.

The central place in the exposition is occupied by the portraits of the famous magnates VKL Veselovsky.

The exhibition will continue until March.
