City folk-contest "Garadzenskaya belarusachka"

In the city of Grodno spring begins with real Belarusian beauty. Annually at the end of April a folk-contest "Garadzenskaya belarusachka" is held. Participants of the unusual contest dance perfectly, cook well, engage in fitness actively, defile on the catwalk gracefully and can boast of irreproachable knowledge of their native language. For the years of its existence, the event has passed a long way of development from a local folklore contest to a large-scale bright show − a celebration of true grace and elegance.
