The exposition has been put together by the employees of the Grodno State Museum of History and Archaeology. The exhibits will tell about the history of the Canal construction, the military background and its renovation. Moreover, the daily life of the caretaker was re-created at the museum. The exhibits and the antique furniture in the kitchen and the living room will portray the way people used to live over 100 years ago. A largescale model shows the way sluices used to work and the goods, which were mostly transported through the Canal back in the day.
