IV International Festival of magicians «MAGIC SHOW»
On 18-19 of February 2017 Grodno will host the 4th International Festival of magicians «MAGIC SHOW 2017".
The festival has become a tradition and business card of the city. It has been going for 4 years and every year the best magicians from all over the world, professionals and beginners in this business are coming here.
On the first day of the Festival, February 18, it will be the competition program of young magicians. Novice magicians will compete for the title of best in three categories: stage magic, micromagic and mental magic. The winners will be selected by the jury, which is composed of the masters of illusion from different countries. In addition, on the first day of the Festival magicians professionals will read seminars where they are going to share the secrets of their skill.
On the second day of the Festival, February 19, on the stage of "Grodno Drama Theater" at 16.00 and 19.00 it will be two gala concert with participation of stars of the illusion art.
To surprise and shock the audience of Hrodna will:
1. Roman Borshch (Russia) – an illusionist, a prestidigitator (small hands` technique), a magician. He had concerts in theaters, variety shows, circuses in native St. Petersburg. In addition, he had tours in Rome, Seoul, Daejeon, Kouvola, Jamaica ... Moscow and Worked and made statements at the Alexandrinsky and Mariinsky theaters, in TV serials. Filming on the TV (Channel 5, St. Petersburg channel, Russia). Participant and winner in competitions of performers, illusionist’s conventions.
2. Ilya Ilyin (Russia) – a Winner of the European competition of original genres - Finland 2016. Prizewinner of International Forum Illusionists St.Petersburg 2016, a Winner of the contest of the Russian Association of Illusionists - Moscow 2016. A winner of the Battle Magicians Show - Ekaterinburg 2015.
3. Alexander Zamashka (Estonia) – A Master of mental and stage magic, an illusionist number one of Baltics, a participant of international festivals, a favorite Layma Vaykule`s illusionist.
4. Rafal Walush (Poland) – a famous Polish "respectable" pickpocket. He has a high level of professionalism and incredible artistic charisma. A winner of multiple awards and cups, has traveled all over the Europe and a part of America with his setting "Pickpocket".
5. Arsen Melkonyan (Armenia) – a winner of the award "Choice of the Year" in 2016 in the nomination "The Illusionist №1". A Member of "The Battle of Magicians", a semifinalist of the show "Ukraine got talent" STB, Ukraine. A member of Russian and Armenian Association of Illusionists.A member of international festivals and forums for magicians, illusionist’s congresses and conferences in the CIS and beyond.
6. Vasily Trunov (Belarus) - one of the leading magicians of Belarus. An Interactive prestidigitator magician, an illusionist, a successful showman who performs solo concerts as at the sites of the country, as well as on private celebrations of many celebrities. A member of the show "Surprise me" (TV3 Russia), "Million Dollar Talent" (Belarus), "Battle of the Magicians" (Belarus), participated in many charity events and TV projects.
7. Ilya Kahnovich (Belarus) - the owner of Circus diploma "SIRIUS" for the high level of skill and professionalism. A Laureate and a winner of the Grand Prix show "Minute of Fame" at the International Festival "Odyssey of the mind". A Member of the original genre festival in Minsk. A Semifinalist of the TV show "I Can!".
