Branded event is the festival "Under the wing" of the branch "Ross House of culture" 15 August gathering of veterans of the air force, their families and all people not indifferent to the military air fleet of the town of Ross, which is famous for its aviation traditions, and that is uniqueness. The opening will be attended by the leadership of the Volkovysk district, the command of the military unit, the clergy, guests of honor.

Concert performances of the best artists of the area, demonstration flights of motoparaplane and hang-gliders, themed face painting, the work of mimes, attractions and shopping facilities, disco will create a unique atmosphere of unity of the aviation troops of all generations, who in 2020 on the territory dendropark install the stand "The History of Ross aviators."
