International festival of tourist-applied all-around in the technology of water tourism “Niemanskaya Viesna” to be held from 31st March – 2nd April in vicinity of “Awgustow Canal”. As it is a tradition, the festival opens water and sports season at Canal and apeears to be a spectacular event.

Festival plans cultural event, including bard songs, bonfire, tourism films contest. Teams from Minsk and oblasts, regions, towns, touristic clubs and organizations are taking part in the festival. The teams of Poland, Russia, Ukraine, as the representatives of International Sport Tourism Federation are invited to participate. Polish team from the Awgustow city will visit the contest for the first time through the visa-free regime Festival is hosted by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism and “Republican Touristic and Sport Union” public organization, Sport and Tourism Department of Grodno Oblast Executive Committee.
