Fisherman's festival is held with the purpose of organizing interesting leisure time for the residents and guests of Ozery, as well as increasing the population's interest in fishing. In the program of the event: competitions in fishing, concerts of amateur collectives, entertaining and playing program «Fishing in Ozery», work of children's attractions, itinerant trade, riding horses, renting catamarans, a festive disco.
