Solemn meeting and a festive concert dedicated to the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. Congratulation from the city administration. Within the framework of the event, solemn delivery of passports to schoolchildren who achieved success in studies, public life, sports will take place. The first documents will be presented to young people on stage by the chairman of Grodno city Executive Committee. The event will end with a colorful concert in which the leading collectives of the city and the region will take part.
