In the Museum of the History of Religion you can see the exhibition "The Mystery of the Christian Image"

The symbolism of color, the special meaning of the composition and the significance, at first sight, of unremarkable details were revealed in the Grodno State Museum of the History of Religion: Grodno residents and guests were invited to the opening day of the exhibition "The Mystery of the Christian Image."

Monuments of Christian art presented at the exhibition - icons and sculptures - acquaint with the specificity of the religious world view, as well as with the hidden meaning of visible images, which are comprehended through the understanding of the whole system of signs, symbols and attributes characteristic of iconographic display. Visit the exposition and see the exhibits collected on it until the middle of May.
