During the past weekend about 200 foreigners seized an opportunity to visit our city and vicinity visa-free.
Thus, since the first day of the President’s Decree No. 318 “Of establishment of visa-free procedure of entrance and leave of foreign citizens”, 26th October, Grodno and vicinity have been visited by 5,013 tourists. That was told to the “GP» journalist by Deputy Head of the “Awgustow Canal” park Administration Dmitry Klimenok. The majority of tourists to come to Grodno in warm spring weekend were from Lithuania. Not much more than 10 tourists were from Poland....
