June 22 is the most sorrowful date in our history. On this day the citizens of Grodno honor the memory of compatriots, relatives and friends who fought for the freedom of the Motherland. At the eternal fire there will be a solemn ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths at the monument to Soviet soldiers and partisans who died during the Great Patriotic War.
